Margate Entertainment Company, Inc. has been formed by a group of noted sports, music and casino entertainment executives and has acquired audio, video, and media assets that make the company the largest independent source of sports and music audio and video programming in the USA.
Margate Entertainment, a privately held company with assets valued at $ 75 million, will produce and distribute sports and entertainment programming for broadcast syndication, cable network distribution, and consumer entertainment products distribution. In addition Margate will operate its TVS Television Network property as a full time web based sports video channel plus a full time web based entertainment video channel. It will operate its RKO Unique Records group, which consists of more than 50 classic record labels, as a full time, web based audio network. Margate owns a sports video library of more than 3,000 titles, including many of the top sports classics in video history.
